The Canon XA45 is a compact, lightweight professional video camera with which you can easily make UHD 4K recordings. It features a 1/2.3" CMOS sensor, two XLR audio inputs and a mini HDMI and a BNC 3G SDI output. This camera is perfect for documentary and journalistic production.
The XA45 features a 20x HD optical zoom lens with an eight-blade aperture for natural colour reproduction. The camera has various professional functions, such as Hybrid, Normal, Face only and manual focus, etc. The camera records in UHD 4K at 30fps and in Full HD 1080p60. You can save these images on the double SD cards that you can use, this ensures enough space to store all your recordings. The two memory cards have an automatic switch from one card to the other or simultaneously record the recordings. The camera can record up to 1920 x 1080p 10-bit 4:2:2 video at 59.94 fps via mini HDMI and 3G-SDI outputs. And when it comes to audio, this camera offers you plenty of options. The camera has four channels for LPCM audio with convenient and automatic recording, two XLR inputs and a 3.5mm stereo mini input. It features a built-in stereo microphone and a headphone jack.
