Kamera Express wins Silver Shopping Award with exceptionally high customer rating

Kamera Express won the Silver Shopping Award last week in the category ‘Electronics & Telecom’! Results show that customers rate Kamera Express an average of 9.29.
The Shopping Awards are the awards for the best online shops in the Netherlands. “We are very proud to have won this prestigious award”, says Ben Cornelisse, CEO of Kamera Express. “That our customers also give us a solid 9 is truly the icing on the cake.”
A Shopping Award won for the fifth time
Kamera Express has won the Silver Shopping Award four times before. Customers of the photo and video specialist rated the company an average of 9.15 last year. “It is a great compliment that we have been rated even better by our customers this year”, says Cornelisse. “Over the past year we have made several improvements to the website so that we can offer our customers an even better experience. It is great to see that this new design is so well received by our customers.”
In addition to a score, customer satisfaction at the Shopping Awards is also measured using a Net Promoter Score (NPS). Kamera Express scores 98.53 out of 100 on this. “This is exceptionally high! We at Kamera Express are delighted that our customers are so satisfied with our service. This is what we do it for.” Cornelisse explains that at Kamera Express the customer always comes first. “We are constantly striving to offer our customers the best possible experience, both online and in one of our 34 stores. We are grateful that we can add this award as a token of their appreciation to our trophy cabinet.”

In their explanation, the experts praised the user-friendliness of the website and the extensive range of Kamera Express. Cornelisse: “This award and rating emphasise that our hard work is paying off. Kamera Express has been the photo and video specialist in the Benelux and Germany for almost 30 years and this is a wonderful reward for our constant pursuit of the optimal customer experience.”
