As a result this lens delivers a fantastic soft bokeh effect across the entire zoom range. This lens has a focal length of 10-25mm (35mm eqv. of 20-50mm) and is both bright and compact. It features a silent aperture ring for smooth operation of the aperture setting, and is designed as the ultimate digital photo/video hybrid interchangeable lens that allows you to shoot at a professional level. This Leica DG lens meets Leica's stringent requirements, ensuring excellent optical performance. This way, you can accurately capture all the details and expressions of your subject with great. Your images are clear right into the edges, and distortions are suppressed by the optical elements.

The lens is ideal for video recordings thanks to the smooth aperture changes. The autofocus motor is also very quiet and fast, so you get optimal quality with 4K video.
