The Profoto Softgrid 1x6' is a softgrid for the Profoto Softbox 1x6' and limits the light spread to 50°. This creates more directional light while eliminating a large amount of stray light, giving you extra control over the lighting. By limiting the light spread, the contrast in the lighting increases, resulting in a moodier and more dramatic lighting effect. The softgrid is also useful when you want to prevent the background or surrounding areas from being lit. The Velcro attachment ensures quick and easy mounting on the recessed front of the softbox. Please note: the softgrid is not compatible with the Profoto RFi, OCF and Clic Softbox series.
