The Sigma 16 mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary L-mount is a versatile wide-angle lens that you can use in different weather conditions. The lens is lightweight, so ideal for daily use. It combines a fixed focal length of just 16 mm with a very high brightness of f/1.4. The Sigma 16 mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary offers exceptional optical performance. The lens assembly consists of 16 elements in 13 groups, including three FLD, two SLD and two aspherical glass elements. As a result, you don't get optical aberrations, and you always benefit from the highest resolution, even when you work with an open aperture. Because you can meticulously control the focus, you have even more options and scope.

The Sigma 16 mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary is dust and splash proof thanks to the rubber seal ring. This allows you to use the lens even in bad weather. In addition, the lens is great for making videos. The stepper motor ensures whisper-quiet, smooth focus.
