The SmallRig 5163 Modular Follow Focus F60 is designed for precise and smooth lens focus control during video shoots. The optimised core drive mechanism ensures backlash-free focus tracking in particular, delivering exceptional accuracy. The innovative stepless damping enables dynamic damping within a range of 0.6 kgf–1.8 kgf, accommodating user preferences for different lens damping levels.

It also supports quick lens reversal in 3 steps and setting and releasing A/B stops in 2 steps, along with a fast 360° push-pull zoom. This modular follow focus includes a silicone gear (SmallRig ID: 3852) that drives focus on mirrorless camera lenses directly through friction. Redesigned for a refined look, it offers improved damping adjustment and a wider range of focus angles, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.
