SmallRig 5657 Cage Kit for Canon EOS C50
The SmallRig 5657 Cage Kit for Canon EOS C50 offers improved handheld control, enhanced protection, and versatile expansion options for your camera. The dedicated handheld kit includes a wrist strap for improved stability and safety during handheld shooting. The fully enclosing cage is specially designed to protect the camera body against impacts, allowing for worry-free creativity.
An XLR handle extension features additional mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes and positioning holes, 3/8"-16 ARRI positioning holes, and cold shoe mounts, enabling seamless integration of professional equipment. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp keeps cable connections firmly in place, prevents accidental disconnection, and ensures uninterrupted data transfer.
The cage features multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and mounting holes for attaching accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 5532) or magic arms (SmallRig ID 5308, 4900), as well as 3/8"-16 ARRI mounting holes for attaching monitor brackets (SmallRig ID 2903B) or top handles (SmallRig ID 5252, 3765). Integrated cold shoe mounts allow you to attach microphones (compatible with DJI MIC 2) or lights (SmallRig ID 4660), while the bottom QD connector supports QD shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4118B). In addition, the built-in strap slots accommodate wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848) or shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4882, 5208). Thanks to these versatile mounting options, a single camera can effortlessly accommodate multiple accessories, making it ideal for customisable professional setups.
The base features a built-in Arca-Swiss quick-release plate, enabling direct mounting on Arca tripods (SmallRig ID 5290, 4222B) or DJI gimbals (RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro / RS 4 Mini) for quick setup. A magnetic dual key is included for fast attachment and removal.
