The SmallRig 6114 Camera Cage is designed for the Sony A7R V, A7 IV, A7S III, A1, A7R IV and A7 V in combination with the VG-C4EM vertical grip. The cage attaches with a 1/4"-20 screw on the underside and two side locks, while built-in silicone pads protect the camera against scratches. All buttons, card slots, battery compartments and ports remain accessible.

The cage features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI mounting holes, two cold shoe mounts and a front 1/4"-20 mounting hole for a single 15mm rod clamp (ID 3276). This allows top handles (ID 4757, 3765), side handles (ID 4015, 4346), monitor mounts (ID 2903B, 2904B), a magic arm (ID 3873), microphones, LED lights (ID 4660), follow focus systems and shoulder straps to be attached. A QD socket is compatible with the QD quick-release shoulder strap (ID 4118B), and a wrist strap slot is compatible with straps ID 3848 and 2456.

The built-in Arca-Swiss quick-release plate on the underside enables direct mounting on Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 gimbals. The included magnetic double-ended wrench is stored on the underside of the cage, so you can mount and remove the cage quickly and without tools. The cage is made from aluminium alloy, stainless steel and silicone.
