SmallRig 6381 "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage Kit for Canon EOS R6 V
This complete kit includes the cage, a USB-C and HDMI cable clamp, a "HawkLock" handle, and a V-mount battery holder plate. The cage is securely attached to the camera using two 1/4"-20 screws (bottom and side) and a positioning block on the side. Multiple silicone pads prevent scratches and ensure a snug fit. The cage retains full access to buttons, memory card slots, the screen, and the battery compartment.
With SmallRig's patented "HawkLock" quick-release system, the cage offers a self-locking, single-press mechanism for fast mounting and dismounting of accessories without any additional tightening. H21 NATO rail interfaces on the top and both sides allow quick attachment of optional top handles (SmallRig ID 5632, 4483, 3766), side handles (5633, 4485), monitor mounts (SmallRig ID 4487), or magic arms (SmallRig ID 4489). Multiple 1/4"-20 screw holes and positioning holes accommodate accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 2093, 4346), magic arms (SmallRig ID 3874, 3875), and monitors. Mounting points (SmallRig ID 2904B). A built-in cold shoe mount accommodates microphones and fill lights, while a wrist strap eyelet is compatible with wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848, 2456). A dedicated shoulder strap eyelet keeps the camera lens facing downwards while carrying, for added security. A QD connector is compatible with QD quick-release shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4118).
In addition, the Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom allows direct mounting on Arca-type tripods (SmallRig ID 4060, 4353) and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 5 gimbals, enabling seamless switching between handheld, tripod, and gimbal shooting.
The ergonomic "HawkLock" quick-release handle features a silicone coating for an anti-slip, cold-resistant grip, providing a more comfortable and stable handheld shooting experience. The included HDMI and USB-C cable clamp is secured with a thumbscrew to prevent accidental disconnection and ensure stable data transfer. A double-ended hex key is conveniently stored on the bottom for easy assembly.
