The SmallRig 6702 "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage for Sony Alpha 7R VI is designed to provide additional mounting options for accessories and protection for the Sony Alpha 7R VI camera body. The cage utilises a four-point locking mechanism to ensure the camera remains securely mounted without flexing. Built-in protective padding offers comprehensive protection and prevents scratches. Once installed, the cage does not interfere with the camera's ports, dials, buttons or battery replacement.

SmallRig 6702 "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage for Sony Alpha 7R VI

The cage features 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 4485) and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows you to attach devices such as microphones and LED lights. The Arca-Swiss plate on the bottom, combined with the HawkLock quick-release base (SmallRig ID 4486), enables a self-locking mechanism with a single press of a button for smooth and efficient installation and removal. A QD socket on the bottom is compatible with QD shoulder straps. A built-in magnetic hex key is included for easy disassembly.

The Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom is compatible with Arca-Swiss tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro / RS 5 gimbals, allowing you to switch seamlessly between handheld, gimbal, and tripod shooting. In addition, a hinged flap at the battery compartment provides extra grip for your little finger.
