The SmallRig 6703 Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R VI is expertly designed to enhance your low-angle shooting experience whilst providing robust camera protection and versatile mounting options. This kit includes a cage, a cold shoe mount, an HDMI cable clamp and a top handle. The top handle offers a comfortable grip, enabling easy transport, low-angle control and smooth camera movements.

SmallRig 6703 Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R VI

The cage uses a four-point locking system for secure attachment without flex. Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, while precise cut-outs provide unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.

Multiple mounting points are included, such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 4485) and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows you to attach devices such as microphones and lights, while a QD connector on the base enables shoulder straps for improved portability. The base also features a magnetic hex key for easy assembly and disassembly.

In addition, the quick release plate on the base, combined with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick release plate (SmallRig ID 4486), enables fast and automatic attachment. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the base ensures a seamless transition between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups (compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro / RS 5 stabilisers).

Furthermore, a hinged flap at the battery compartment provides extra grip for the little finger, while the included HDMI cable clamp secures the cable firmly for stable data transfer.
