The SmallRig HawkLock Handheld Cage Kit protects the camera body and offers extensive mounting points for accessory expansion. The cage has a modular design with top mounting plates and a U-shaped cage, suitable for flexible setups in a wide range of shooting situations. Each module is secured at two or more points for stable, torsion-resistant mounting, and protective padding at the contact points with the camera prevents scratches.

The enclosed top handle provides a comfortable grip and mounts quickly via the NATO clamp. The enclosed design prevents the camera from accidentally falling during shots from a low angle. The included ergonomic wrist strap makes handheld use easier and increases safety during longer sessions. The removable top plate allows for flexible setups and is compatible with the Sony XLR handle and electronic viewfinder.
