Spider Accessory Holster v3
The Spider Accessory Holster v3 can be attached directly to the Spider Belt or any other belt and provides quick access to your camera (up to 2.3 kg) and other photo equipment such as an external flash, light tube, gimbal, selfie stick, binoculars and more! The Spider X Holster housing is made from wear-resistant carbon fibre resin and is designed to withstand years of intensive use without compromise. The sturdy clip is made from spring steel and features a robust clasp.
The holster features a two-position locking system, designed to give you complete control over your workflow:
Position 1: Automatic lock – As soon as a Spider v3 Plate Pin or other Spider v3 accessory is inserted, the holster locks automatically, securing your camera. To release the lock, lift the lever and remove the camera. The holster returns to automatic lock.
Position 2: Quick-draw mode – Push the lever up until it clicks into place. The holster remains open for quick access. When you need maximum security again, simply push the lever back down to reactivate the automatic lock.
Spider Pro Accessory Grip v3
A Spider Grip is a secure, durable and highly versatile worm-drive hose clamp that lets you attach your equipment to a Spider Holster v3 / Accessory Dock v3. The Grip is designed to clamp around the handle of any device with a diameter of 3.4 mm to 5.7 mm, such as a gimbal, video cage, external flash, handheld lights, small tripods and more!
The Grip's built-in Spider Pin is designed to be unobtrusive, so it won't get in the way of your hand while you work. This Pin is inserted and locked into the Spider Holster v3 / Gear Dock v3.
Spider Grips are made from highly durable DuPont resin and are built to withstand years of daily use. The DriveLock worm screw is specially designed to provide constant tension without the risk of unwinding or loosening over time. After tightening the DriveLock insert with a 1/8" hex key, any excess material can be trimmed to length as needed.
Installation instructions for the Spider Pro Grip v3:
1. Wrap the Pro Grip around the handle of your equipment.
2. Once in position, tighten the DriveLock insert with a 1/8" hex key. The Pro Grip is now ready for use! (key not included)
Please note: This product is not compatible with Spider v2 equipment.
