The Zeiss Conquest Apia 65 Straight is a compact spotting scope with straight viewing and a 65 mm objective. The straight viewing ensures fast, intuitive detection: you find your subject in the blink of an eye and scan large areas efficiently. Weighing just 1,344 grams and with a length of 328 mm, the scope is optimised for transport in a backpack, ideal for hunting, nature observation and any situation where low weight and maximum mobility count.

The Zeiss HD concept with FieldFlattener Technology delivers bright, high-contrast images with excellent detail reproduction right to the edges of the field of view. ED glass and aspherical lenses suppress chromatic aberration, while the Zeiss T* multicoating and phase-corrected roof prisms ensure maximum brightness and sharpness. With a light transmission of 85% you retain a bright image even at dusk, and the magnification range of 20–50x takes you from a wide overview to precise identification at a distance.

The focus knob is positioned in front of the tripod foot, so you can always reach it comfortably, and the focus wheel runs from close-up to infinity in 1.2 turns. Thanks to the supplied Throw Lever you operate the zoom wheel smoothly, and with the removable Arca-Swiss tripod adapter with 3/8" thread and 1/4" reducer you switch quickly between handheld use and any tripod, old or new. The robust housing of aluminium and magnesium with rubber armour is waterproof and nitrogen-filled against fogging, and the Zeiss LotuTec coating makes water, dirt and fingerprints bead off the glass.
