This zoom lens is ideal for beginning photographers or videographers, and with a weight of only 215 grams and a length of 6.2cm it is also ideal for photographers who like to travel light. Thanks to the Super Spectra coating and image stabilizer, you can create high-quality photos and videos with excellent contrast and perfect sharpness. The lens design is also made for convenience, so you can easily find the manual focus ring, Image Stabilizer and focus mode switch when you look through the lens.
The lens offers wide-angle zoom settings that are perfect for landscape photography. When zoomed in, you can use the short telephoto setting to shoot portraits or highly detailed photos. The 4-stop Image Stabilizer protects your shots against blur caused by camera shake, especially in poor lighting conditions. Together with the Stepping Motor, which provides silent and smooth autofocus, this lens is also ideal for shooting smooth, stable video footage with natural transitions.
