Do I need to make an appointment for passport photos in Bremen?
No, you do not need to make an appointment – just stop by and we will help you straight away.
Can I trade in my old camera at Kamera Express Bremen?
Of course! Come to our store in Bremen and we will make you an offer. Alternatively, you can also request a quote online: trade in your camera.
Can I have my product repaired with you?
Yes! If your product is defective, we are happy to help with the repair or replacement – depending on the warranty conditions.
Can I have photos printed at Kamera Express Bremen?
Yes, we have our own on-site mini lab and offer instant prints up to 20x30 cm. For larger formats we use our large-format lab Profotonet.
Can I also rent products from you?
Unfortunately that is not currently possible in Bremen. The nearest rental location is Hamburg. All information about rental can be found here: Kamera Express Rental.
Can I park in front of the store in Bremen?
There are some public parking spaces directly on Ostertorsteinweg. The nearest car park is the BREPARKhaus Ostertor/Kulturmeile.
Can I have my camera sensor cleaned with you?
Yes, we offer sensor cleaning with a 24-hour turnaround. Bring your camera with a fully charged battery. For express processing, please speak to our staff on site.
Is the passport photo studio in Bremen accessible?
Yes, the passport photo studio is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible.
Do you take photos outside the studio?
No, we do not offer on-location photography.
Do I receive the money immediately when selling my used equipment?
We will transfer the purchase price to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you digitise analogue media in Bremen?
Yes, together with our partner Mediafox we digitise your analogue photos, films, and video cassettes.
Do you also produce the new e-passport photo in Bremen?
Yes, we also create the new e-passport photos that have been required for ID cards and passports since 1 May 2025 – using a certified process as a matter of course.
Can I have my films developed at Kamera Express Bremen?
Yes, we accept all films for development. We develop colour films in our own lab in Hamburg; slide and black-and-white films are handled by a partner lab.
How do I receive my developed films?
You can receive your developed photos as a download link or as prints from our lab. We keep the negatives for three months and then dispose of them in accordance with data protection regulations.
Can I return products at Kamera Express Bremen?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on purchased items. Excluded are opened storage media, batteries, photos, and photo services.
Can I take out comprehensive cover after the purchase?
Yes, that is possible. We will need to inspect the equipment in store first. The cover always applies from the date of first use (purchase date).
How can I pay in store?
You can pay in cash, by debit card (EC card), Visa, Mastercard, Amex (including contactless), or via a payment link – which also allows you to pay conveniently with PayPal.
