DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan Mavic 3 Pro Cine

The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine offers two replacement units at a small additional cost over two years, and covers a wide range of accidents.

Keep in mind that:

1. DJI Care Refresh (the 1 year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following criteria

• The drone must be brand new and not yet activated;
• Drone activated in the last 48 hours

2. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh only apply in the region of purchase.

3. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new, in terms of performance and reliability. Over a two year period you can request a replacement up to two times.

4. The shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
