The GoPro Wireless Mic Transmitter is an ultra-lightweight wireless microphone for content creators who want to equip their MISSION 1 series camera, DSLR, phone, or other devices with clear audio. With it, you connect directly via Bluetooth to MISSION 1 cameras, without needing a receiver.

GoPro Wireless Mic Transmitter

The GoPro Wireless Mic Transmitter weighs just 10 grams and you attach it to your clothing with a clip or magnetically, so it is barely noticeable while filming. On MISSION 1 cameras, you connect the transmitter directly via Bluetooth, without a receiver. This lets you capture pro-quality audio with a range of up to 100 metres, whether you're narrating a scene, conducting an interview, or capturing dynamic action footage while on the move.

The microphone records audio in 24-bit/48kHz for a wide dynamic range and natural voice reproduction. Dynamic Noise Reduction filters out background noise such as wind and ambient sound, so speech comes through clearly and consistently. The Safety Track simultaneously captures a backup recording at -6 dB, so you never lose an overdriven recording. The transmitter operates for up to 6.5 hours on a full charge.
