Hollyland Vcore Wireless Video Transmission
Add 4K30 wireless video monitoring and livestreaming to your production with the versatile Hollyland Vcore Wireless Video Transmission system. The compact, versatile Vcore transmitter is easy to mount on your camera and offers straightforward remote camera monitoring via up to four tablet/smartphone apps or through the optional Pyro wireless receiver/monitor. Features include an HDMI and USB-C camera input, built-in battery, internal recording to SD card, crisp 4K30 video transmission, H.264/ProRes recording, and control via the HollyView app.
Turn your mobile device into a monitor by connecting Vcore to your camera via HDMI or to your phone via USB-C. With Vcore, you can view footage remotely in real time through the HollyView app, transforming your phone into a high-quality on-camera monitor that supports real-time monitoring at resolutions up to 4K30.
Vcore connects seamlessly with both Android and iOS phones or tablets, and also works with Pyro-series receivers for powerful multi-device monitoring options. The signal is transmitted over the free 5 GHz frequency band at up to 107 metres line-of-sight, with a low latency of approximately 65 ms. Vcore supports the following transmission configurations:
One Vcore transmitter to up to four smartphone/tablet apps
One Vcore transmitter to up to two smartphone/tablet apps + one Pyro receiver
One Vcore transmitter to up to two Pyro receivers
Record video at up to 1080p60 using the H.264 video codec, which offers efficient post-production workflows. Vcore automatically detects the camera's frame rate and timecode, allowing proxy files to be linked seamlessly in editing software such as Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Vcore records a proxy file in MP4 format with embedded timecode and saves it to the internal SD card for reliable backup. A paired mobile device can be set to automatically record simultaneously in MP4 format via the accompanying HollyView app. The app supports direct sharing to social media and quick editing. ProRes is also supported when using iOS by pairing your camera with your iPhone/iPad, enabling you to capture professional ProRes footage on the go.
HollyView is a wireless video transmission app that lets you monitor in real time, perform image analysis, annotate and share photos, record and share video, carry out firmware updates, and run device diagnostics.
HollyLink is a Capture One desktop plug-in that uses a dual-link configuration by connecting the computer to the Vcore via Wi-Fi, and the Vcore to the camera via USB. This allows you to transfer JPEG/RAW files directly while shooting.
