Ilford Perceptol 1 Liter

TheIlford Perceptol 1 Liter is an extra fine-grained paper developer that provides excellent image quality and a very fine grain. The paper developer is optimized for use with the slower side of the exposure range. Perceptol has been specially formulated to provide optimum results for high resolution lenses for exploiting the beautiful grain structure at Ilford medium and low speed films and producing significantly finer grain at Ilford fast films compared to a standard fine-grained developer. Perceptol gives excellent results with any lens / film combination and is therefore ideal when texture and definition are very important; negatives processed in Perceptol can produce finer granulates and better quality than those processed in a standard fine-grained developer.

Perceptol is supplied in powder form and remains exceptionally consistent throughout its complete life span. It consists of a stock solution for normal dish and tray processing, and is used at 1+1 or 1+3 dilution by users who prefer a fresh solution every time.
