The Insta360 FlexiCare for the Flow 2 is a subscription service for users who want to protect their Insta360 Flow 2 against accidental damage. The plan entitles you to two replacements within a year. In the event of damage, you send in the product and receive a replacement unit, with Insta360 covering the shipping costs both ways. You pay an excess of €8,99 per replacement. In addition to the replacement service, you also benefit from the official manufacturer's warranty for the duration of the plan.
The FlexiCare plan is exclusively available for the Insta360 Flow 2 and can only be activated if the product has not yet been activated, or if activation took place less than 30 days ago.
