The Manfrotto 500P Long sliding plate is the long version of the standard plate that provides the perfect balance for camcorders with more weight due to long lenses or heavy batteries.

The Manfrotto 500P Long is the long version of the standard plate that comes with the Manfrotto MVH500A and MVA500AH. This allows you to adjust the balance of the video head in more ways. The plate ensures perfect balance for camcorders with unusual weight distribution, caused by long telescope lenses or heavy batteries. Comes with a 1/4 "screw, 1/4" -3/8 "adapter and anti-rotation pin. The top of the plate contains rubber strips that prevent your camera from rotating on top of the plate.
