High-quality, precision optical design with a minimum focusing distance of 5 cm or less, depending on the camera lens used. Fully multi-coated optics for maximum light transmission. The macro lens can be attached and removed underwater. The lens comes with a front and rear lens cap and a padded mesh protective pouch. Waterproof to 60 metres.

Thanks to the significantly smaller minimum focusing distance, photographers can capture close-ups of small sea creatures; this lens requires the SeaLife SportDiver lens adapter (SL081). The lens can also be mounted on any underwater camera or housing with a 67 mm thread.

The lens improves focusing, resulting in sharper and more detailed images; it corrects edge distortion compared to focusing with the camera lens alone. The standard 67 mm thread ensures broad compatibility with a variety of underwater housings, such as the SeaLife SportDiver smartphone housing (lens adapter required) and other cameras with a 67 mm lens port. Users can capture high-quality close-up photos at distances of 5 cm or less, depending on the camera lens used.

The lens features high-quality, precision 4-element/3-group optics and the optical glass is of superior quality; the macro lens is enhanced with an anti-reflective AR coating. The fully multi-coated 67 mm lens ensures maximum light transmission, reducing reflections and ghosting even in low-light conditions; with waterproofing to 60 metres, this lens is suitable for both recreational and technical diving. The lens provides full field-of-view shots with most camera and phone lenses; a small amount of zoom is sufficient to eliminate vignetting.
