The lens hood attaches securely via a screw thread, offering reliable protection against knocks whilst ensuring a firm, rattle-free fit. The lightweight aluminium alloy construction and close-fitting design provide durable protection without compromising the camera's classic aesthetic.

The included UV filter is precision CNC-machined to prevent vignetting. The multi-layer coated optical glass element achieves 99% light transmission for accurate colour rendering, whilst the low-reflection design minimises reflections and ghosting. Made from optical glass with double-sided multi-layer coatings, this filter is splash-proof, oil-resistant, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean.

The inside of the filter frame features a matt black anodised finish to prevent internal reflections. The complete kit remains compatible with the original Fujifilm lens cap for convenient dust protection and easy transport.
