SmallRig 5905 Half Cage for Nikon ZR

The lightweight half cage construction allows effortless installation without having to remove the quick-release plate from the DJI RS gimbal, simplifying operation and saving time. The base features a built-in Arca-Swiss quick-release plate, enabling direct mounting on optional Arca-type tripods (SmallRig ID 5290, 4222B) and DJI gimbals (RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 Pro) for quick switching between configurations.

The cage offers extensive expansion options, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 positioning holes, and ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes for attaching accessories such as top handles (SmallRig ID 3765, 4927) and magic arms (SmallRig ID 5308, 4900). The integrated "HawkLock" NATO quick-release rail supports compatible top handles (SmallRig ID 5632, 4483), side handles (SmallRig ID 5633, 4485), and monitor mounts (SmallRig ID 4487). In addition, a built-in QD connector allows the attachment of QD shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4118B), as well as slots for wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848) or shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4884, 5208).

A dual-head magnetic key on the base facilitates quick mounting and dismounting.
