The SmallRig RA-D120 Parabolic Softbox 4140 is ideal for creating a nice, even basic light for photo and video productions. The softbox is designed for quick and easy set-up and storage. You can soften the light output with the supplied diffusers, both internal and external, or remove them for more light output.

You can change the direction of the light and shape it by attaching the supplied honeycomb grid. The softbox is ideally suited for overhead use using a boom arm or tripod, as a beauty light, product light, key light or fill light. The ribs on the outside make it easy to set up and do not obstruct the light output. This creates a flowing beam of light that you can use to good effect in product or portrait photography.

The softbox features a Bowens compatible speed ring and this has an innovative design that allows you to easily add accessories to the softbox, without using sticks in the speed ring. The inside of the softbox is finished with a highly reflective, silver-coloured fabric to prevent light from escaping. This further increases the efficiency and output of the softbox. The exterior is made of an Oxford lattice material that is water-, light- and dustproof, so you can also work outside without any problems.
