Tilta Camera Cage for Sony FX3/FX30 V2 Basic Kit - Black

This new design is highly modular, allowing various parts of the cage to be removed or added to suit different shooting scenarios. This is particularly useful in situations where weight is an important factor, such as when using a gimbal or accessories like the XLR handle on top, with which this cage is fully compatible.

Speaking of gimbals: the base plate features an ARCA Quick Release Plate, perfect for quickly switching between a tripod and DJI gimbals. Please note: this cage uses the DJI standard for ARCA. Compatibility with other standards is not guaranteed.

The newly designed cable clamp can be easily integrated into the Full Cage and provides extra security for cables that can be conveniently tightened with a thumbscrew. The cage now features three separate mounting screws, which significantly improves the connection between the camera body and the cage.

This ensures that all accessories mounted via the cage, such as wireless follow focus motors, limit the rotation of the camera at the front within the cage itself. This basic kit includes the ergonomic Xeno Top Handle, which is mounted via a NATO rail and, thanks to the new design with more space, offers improved handling and ease of use.

This handle features various mounting points, such as 1/4"-20 thread and a cold shoe receiver, perfect for mounting an external monitor. The kit is completed by our universal 15 mm LWS base plate, which supports dual 15 mm rods and accessories such as follow focus systems or matte boxes.

This base plate uses a DJI Standard ARCA receiver for a seamless transition to Ronin Series gimbals, whilst the bottom plate is compatible with our Tilta Standard Dovetails and features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 thread.
