Vortex Ranger HD3000 10x42 Binoculars with Rangefinder
Go for maximum precision with the Vortex Ranger HD3000 10x42 Binoculars with Rangefinder. This is a powerful combination of a laser rangefinder and binoculars. Ideal for anyone who wants a sharp view and reliable measurements in the field. Thanks to the 10x42 configuration, you get a razor-sharp image and measure distances of up to 2,743 metres in an instant. Whether you're scanning across a valley or moving through dense woodland, HCD mode gives you distance information adjusted for the slope of the terrain. This lets you make quick, well-informed decisions. All information is displayed clearly on a single, easy-to-read screen.
With 10x magnification and a 42 mm objective lens, you get a bright, wide, and detailed image. You can easily observe animals, birds, or landscapes, even at great distances. The 17 mm eye relief also makes it comfortable for spectacle wearers.
The Ranger HD 3000 is highly adjustable to suit your eyes. The interpupillary distance can be set from 56 to 75 mm, and the dioptre range of ±3.0 can be adjusted per eye. The twist-up eyecups provide extra viewing comfort, with or without glasses. The minimum focus distance is 1.8 metres, so you can also get a clear view of nearby subjects.
The robust housing is dust-, water-, and shock-resistant and weighs 918.5 grams, making it ideal for frequent and intensive outdoor use. Operation is straightforward with just two buttons: Measure and Menu. You can choose between metres or yards and adjust the display across 5 brightness levels. You can also set the device to switch off automatically after 15, 30, or 60 seconds, saving battery life without missing a thing.
Use the built-in tripod adapter for added stability when you want to observe for extended periods or measure small objects at a distance. With Scan mode, you can take continuous measurements as you pan smoothly across the landscape.
The Ranger HD 3000 runs on a CR123 battery, which is easily replaced via the base. The display shows battery status when 25% charge remains. Thanks to the powerful laser technology, measurements remain accurate even in fog, snow, or on light-coloured surfaces — so you can always rely on precise readings, whatever the weather.
