Zhiyun Crane 2S
The Crane 2S is Zhiyun's latest 3-axis stabilizer, featuring a number of improvements over previous Zhiyun Crane versions. The Crane 2S offers improved responsiveness on every axis while maintaining dynamic stabilization, thanks to a new, improved generation of the 9th Instune algorithm, with heavily optimized motor control algorithms and motor power. Thanks in part to these improvements, the Crane 2S can easily handle large cameras such as the BMPCC 6K, Panasonic S1H and Canon EOS 1DX II.
The Crane 2S features a brand-new flexmount system that greatly simplifies installation while securing your camera with a dual safety mechanism. You can even adjust the strength of the safety lock to suit your own needs. A great addition is the vertical quick release mount, which lets you easily shoot vertically.
Expand your setup with plenty of options: a 1/4" screw hole on the back of the camera's quick release plate lets you switch between different devices such as sliders and tripods. Two 1/4" screw holes with a knurled wheel and a 3/8" screw hole on the gimbal allow for creative customization. The Crane 2S doesn't just push boundaries in terms of payload, but also with its focus control for film quality. With its improved built-in focus controller and servo follow focus with ultra-low latency and high precision, you'll never miss an important shot.
The new 0.96" OLED display offers a larger view. It lets you go through the entire menu within seconds and quickly switch between different modes. The improved axis lock mechanism 2.0 uses a two-stage locking design that prevents the gimbal from swinging during travel or storage. To make the Crane 2S an even more reliable and sturdy workhorse, the handle is made of carbon fiber, which reduces the physical strain on videographers without compromising the gimbal's payload capacity.
The Crane 2S comes with 3 interchangeable batteries that provide a runtime of 12 hours. For time-consuming shoots, videographers can easily extend the gimbal's runtime with backup batteries.
Choose between six different modes, from basic to advanced, all easily accessible on the Crane 2S: Pan Following, Locking, Following, Full-Range POV, Vortex and Go Mode.
