Our webshop processes privacy-sensitive data, or personal data. Photospecialist.co.uk considers the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. We therefore process and protect personal data with care.

Processing your order
When you place an order with us, we will use your personal data to process this order properly. We are then permitted relay your personal data to our delivery service, so they can deliver the order to you. In addition, we receive data about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

This includes your email address, telephone number, billing address, name and address details, and payment details. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data until your order has been completed. We must keep certain customer data longer, due to the legal fiscal retention obligation.

To make use of certain parts of our webshop, you must register first. To register, you must provide data about yourself and choose a username. Using this data, we will create an account. You can log in to this account with your chosen username and a self-chosen password.

To create your personal account, we will use your email address, IP address, name and address details, billing address and telephone number. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data up to three months after you have cancelled the account.

The reason we keep this information, is so that you don't have to enter it each time you log in and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change your data whenever you want via your account.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics, we aim to improve our webshop. For example, so that we can show only relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. It goes without saying that we will respect your privacy at all times. If you don't want us doing this, you may always contact us.

For this purpose, we will use your name and address details, nickname, payment details, gender, IP address, date of birth, email address, telephone number and billing address. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data for one year.
