Our webshop processes privacy-sensitive data, or personal data. considers the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. We therefore process and protect personal data with care.

Processing your order
When you place an order with us, we will use your personal data to process this order properly. We are then permitted relay your personal data to our delivery service, so they can deliver the order to you. In addition, we receive data about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

This includes your email address, telephone number, billing address, name and address details, and payment details. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data until your order has been completed. We must keep certain customer data longer, due to the legal fiscal retention obligation.

Providing data to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your above-mentioned personal data from us.

For processing your orders, we work together with:

To make use of certain parts of our webshop, you must register first. To register, you must provide data about yourself and choose a username. Using this data, we will create an account. You can log in to this account with your chosen username and a self-chosen password.

To create your personal account, we will use your email address, IP address, name and address details, billing address and telephone number. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data up to three months after you have cancelled the account.

The reason we keep this information, is so that you don't have to enter it each time you log in and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change your data whenever you want via your account.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics, we aim to improve our webshop. For example, so that we can show only relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. It goes without saying that we will respect your privacy at all times. If you don't want us doing this, you may always contact us.

For this purpose, we will use your name and address details, nickname, payment details, gender, IP address, date of birth, email address, telephone number and billing address. We do this based on your consent. We will keep this data for one year.

Providing data to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your above-mentioned personal data from us.

We share data with the following parties, who provide tailored advertisements for us:

We would like to send you marketing about promotions and new products or services. We do this:

You may object to receiving this marketing at any time. Each letter tells you how to do this and each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. It is also possible to change this through your account.

Our webshop shows advertisements. We check whether people like these and use that information to present only fun or interesting advertisements and promotions in the future.

Providing data to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we do not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except when we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require it if there is a suspicion of a crime).

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop.

Our webshop makes use of cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you don't have to keep completing it every time you use the website. Additionally, these cookies allow us to see that you are re-visiting our website.

We make use of Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processor agreement with Google which contains strict agreements about which data they can keep. We permit Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We have Google anonymise IP addresses.

  • access to personal data is protected with a username and a login token;
