At Photospecialist, we maintain a thirty-day cooling-off period. The cooling-off period starts the day after receipt of the product. Would you like to return a purchased item?
This is possible within this thirty-day cooling-off period. When you return a purchased item, the return costs are for your own account, including any related shipping and customs costs. If we receive the complete product undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging, we will reimburse the entire purchase amount. Extra costs will be settled with the (credit) invoice.

Note: at this moment we do not accept packages being sent by Royal Mail.
To prevent high costs, please contact our Customer Service ([email protected]) before you return your purchase. Once you have contacted our Customer Service, our employees will provide you with a shipping label and commercial invoice, which will be sent to you by email, together with the returns form. The return costs of £25 are for your own account and will be settled on your credit invoice.
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. The refund will take place no later than fourteen days after we have received the returned product.
If you wish to exchange your order, we will send you the desired exchange item (if available) once the purchased item has been returned. The exchange shipping costs of £25 are for your own account. These costs will be recalculated and settled with your new order. If this is not possible, we will send you a payment request via email.

If you have received a damaged item, you can return the item free of charge. Please first contact our Customer Service ([email protected]) so that we can create a return label for you.
