Datacolor Spyder Tripod

The Datacolor® Spyder tripod is an essential photography tool with multiple uses. Stabilise the camera for clear, sharp images in low light and slow shutter speeds. This makes the tripod perfect for landscapes, architecture, night, videos and vlogging. With the flexible legs, you can place the camera at optimal angles and heights, so you are not limited to flat surfaces. Measuring 18.5 centimetres in height, the tripod is easy to carry. It weighs just 45 grams, and has a maximum load capacity of 275 grams. 

The tripod can also be used with the SpyderX monitor calibrators for optimal measurement and control of the ambient light, when set up next to a monitor. You can use the tripod with the Spyder Cube, Spyder LensCal and Spyder Checkr.

Datacolor Spyder Shelf

The Datacolor Spyder Shelf can be easily attached to your computer's monitor. You can use the Spyder Shelf with the SpyderX Pro and SpyderX Elite display calibration tools. The SpyderX Pro and SpyderX Elite, as well as the older Spyder5PRO and Spyder5ELITE, have a room light measurement feature. This function is used to measure the room light prior to calibration, and then suggests an appropriate monitor brightness and white point.

The SpyderX Pro and SpyderX Elite, as well as the older Spyder5PRO Plus and the Spyder5ELITE Plus, have a feature called Room Light Switching. The Spyder sensor can be placed flat on the surface of the Spyder shelf to monitor room lighting, allowing the Spyder Utility to use the profile that best matches the room lighting. Placing the sensor above the monitor avoids any unintended influence of light on the monitor.
