Optically great, but minor design niggles.
Great optics and easy to use. In direct comparison with Zeiss, Swarovski, Leica etc, performance is very close, but at a fraction of the cost. Low light performance is very good as is colour rendition and detail resolution. Colour fringing is only found if I really, really look for it. In terms of negatives, the diopter adjustment is too easily moved by accident. Also, the supplied magnetic objective covers don’t really work, getting stuck to belt buckles, car bodywork, farm gates ad so on. Fortunately, the binoculars come with conventional covers. Overall, a step up from my Minox HG Made in Germany 8x42s they replaced. Recommended.

The MeoPro Air HDED+ is a lightweight and ergonomic model with a rubber coating that makes it comfortable to hold. Take with the binoculars the most vibrant, realistic and sharp views thanks to the patented anti-reflection MeoBsp;, and compact Schmidt-Pechan prisms. In addition, the lenses are treated with Meopta's patented MeoShield and MeoDrop exterior coatings. This protects the lens surfaces from scratches. The coatings ensure that the lens remains free of, for example, moisture and dust that may limit your view. In addition, the MeoPro Air HDED+ is resistant to temperature fluctuations and shocks.
The 8x magnification allows you to closely observe distant subjects. The lens lenses are made of extra-low dispersion (ED) fluoride glass. This corrects the light that comes in, so you always have a sharp and clear image during different lighting conditions. The body of the MeoPro Air HDED+ consists of a lightweight and durable magnesium alloy. They are powerful and stable binoculars with an open bridge. The rubber coating of the MeoPro Air HDED+ ensures a firm grip during cold and wet days. In addition, the housing is waterproof and resistant to internal condensation in extreme conditions.
