Description
Canon RF 200-800mm F/6.3-9 IS
The Canon RF 200-800mm F/6.3-9 IS is the ideal lens for the wildlife and sports photographer. With a focal length of 200 to 800 millimetres, no subject is too far. When you combine this lens with a 1.4 or 2.0 extender, you can bring the subject even closer. This enables you to increase the focal length to a maximum of 1600 millimetres. With this, you can get good images of all the action from a safe distance or capture the smallest details in the picture.
The Canon 200-800mm features a super telephoto zoom range in a relatively compact and weatherproof package. Weighing just 2050 grams and measuring 314 millimetres long when the lens is retracted, you can easily lug it around for a whole day. The lens is also finished with a weatherproof coating, which means you can to keep using it even in harsh weather conditions. So it doesn't matter if you want to capture a sports match in the rain, this lens can handle it.
The lens features a Nano USM focusing motor and optical image stabilisation up to 5.5 stops, allowing you to take razor-sharp shots even when you zoom the lens to 800 mm. The UD glass elements also prevent chromatic aberrations. Combined with the Super Spectra coating, which reduces lens flare and ghosting, you can create the sharpest and most beautiful images.
